When you love someone, you just love them. But when you’re in love with someone, you give them everything. You give them your insecurities, your darkest secrets, your deepest desires, your trust, your loyalty, everything. And that’s terrifying in the most beautiful way as possible because it leaves you willing to do anything for that person. It leaves you vulnerable, open in hoping that person won’t ever leave. You give them so much, without even realizing how much you are giving. But in that moment, you don’t care. Because the only thing that matters to you is their happiness, not yours, but theirs because you know that if they’re happy then you’re happy. It’s crazy how it’s always going to be about them, them, them. How we put them first before ourselves. No matter what the circumstances might be, it’s always going to be them first. This is such terrifying love that’s just so beautiful.
